Valet parking fees are different at all of our service locations. The valet parking fee is presented on the front side of our valet podiums at each of our accounts.
Yes! We accept credit and debit cards using Square technology. All of our valet stands are equipped with a tablet and a square reader that enables us to take chip reader or contactless payments.
Hours of operation differ from location to location. Always make sure you check in with your valet attendant if you plan on leaving the venue you parked your car at. Most of the time our valet staff can figure out a suitable solution to your specific parking needs. Note - Extra costs do apply.
Vehicles left overnight will be stored away at one of our parking facilities and will not be ready for pickup until the start of valet services the next day. A $25.00/per day overnight storage fee will be added to the original valet parking fee. If you do plan on leaving your vehicle overnight please let our valet staff know so we can make the appropriate accommodation.
If your valet attendant has concluded services you will not be able to get your keys back until the following day. When we conclude valet services and still have vehicles on hand. We will proceed to overnight the vehicle and lock up the customer keys in a safe and secure location. You can call the Access Valet Parking office number for additional information at (512) 785-0038. Office hours are Sunday - Monday 10 am - 6 pm.

All vehicles are parked at owners' risk. No liability is assumed by management for loss or damage by fire, extreme weather, theft, or any other cause to, or by the vehicle while in the custody of management. All claims must be presented before the vehicle is taken from the facility. Any person driving becomes the agent of the owner solely. All claims for adjustments must be presented before the vehicle leaves the facility. The Company and/or its employees are NOT responsible for articles left in the car at any time, including, but not limited to, iPods, Cell Phones, Computers, or any other articles left in the vehicle. No employee has the authority to vary or increase our liability.
If your valet attendant made a mistake and damaged your vehicle please fill out an Incident Report Form here. Once the form is submitted a member of the Access Valet Parking management team will be in contact with you shortly.
